What is delegation in Minter?

Any user of the network can delegate their BIPs, as well as any coins issued in the Minter network, to masternodes and receive rewards for validating the blocks and commissions from the transactions performed on the network. The income is divided proportionally between all the delegators, minus the commission of the masternode owner.
